Ingredients
Whole Wheat Pizza Dough
1/4CupOlive Oil
Pinchof Salt and Pepper
2Clovesof Garlic Grated
1/2CupLow-Moisture Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1/4CupFreshly Grated Fontina
1/2CupShaved Parmesan Cheese
1/4CupFreshly Grated Asiago Cheese
More Grated Parmesan for topping
Dash of Dried Oregano and Crucjed Red Pepper Flakes for topping
Instructions
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F, if using the recipe for my no-knead whole wheat pizza dough. If you are using another premade dough, follow the cooking instructions on the packaging.
Place the pizza pan or stone in the oven while it preheats.
In a small mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic, salt, and black pepper.
Roll the dough out on a lightly floured surface until about 12 inches.
Once the oven is preheated, remove the pan and transfer the dough carefully to the pan. Use a brush to coat the crust in the olive oil/garlic mixture. Coat the whole pizza with all of the cheese.
Bake for 12-15 minutes until bubbly and golden.
Top the pizza with more parm, dried oregano, and red pepper flakes. Cut and then serve.
