Combine sour cream, buttermilk, avocado, and garlic in a food processor. Puree until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.
Add the fresh herbs. Pulse about 6 times until finely chopped.
Add salt and pepper to taste. Pulse one or two more times to mix the salt and pepper into the dressing.
