Pizza Dough
1/3CupMarinara or Pizza Sauce
3Large Eggslightly beaten
12Slicesof Pepperoni
1/2CupCooked Crumbled Breakfast Sausage or Mild Pork Sausage
1/2Green Bell Pepperseeded and sliced
1/2Yellow Bell Pepperseeded and sliced
Black Olives
Sliced Red Onion
1/3CupSliced Cremini Mushrooms
Mild Banana Pepper Slices
1CupShredded Mozzarella Cheese
1/2CupShredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
SaltFreshly Ground Black Pepper, and Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
Grated Parmesan Cheese
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F. Place a 9x13-inch baking sheet in the oven while it preheats.
Lightly flour your work surface. Stretch and roll out the pizza dough until it is about the size of your baking sheet.
When the oven is preheated, remove the pan. Carefully transfer the dough to the sheet.
Quickly top the pizza with the sauce first. Spread until in one very thin, even layer.
Make one layer of toppings. Add half the cheese. Pour eggs over the toppings. Pour slowly, and be sure to evenly distribute the egg as best you can.
Make one more layer of toppings and then add the remaining cheese. Season with a little bit of salt, pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes.
Bake for 12 minutes. Let the pizza cool on the baking sheet for 3 minutes before slicing.
Top with more crushed red pepper flakes if you like along with grated parmesan.
