Ingredients

  • Pizza Dough
  • 1/3 Cup Marinara or Pizza Sauce
  • 3 Large Eggs lightly beaten
  • 12 Slices of Pepperoni
  • 1/2 Cup Cooked Crumbled Breakfast Sausage or Mild Pork Sausage
  • 1/2 Green Bell Pepper seeded and sliced
  • 1/2 Yellow Bell Pepper seeded and sliced
  • Black Olives
  • Sliced Red Onion
  • 1/3 Cup Sliced Cremini Mushrooms
  • Mild Banana Pepper Slices
  • 1 Cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1/2 Cup Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • Salt Freshly Ground Black Pepper, and Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
  • Grated Parmesan Cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F. Place a 9x13-inch baking sheet in the oven while it preheats.
  2. Lightly flour your work surface. Stretch and roll out the pizza dough until it is about the size of your baking sheet.
  3. When the oven is preheated, remove the pan. Carefully transfer the dough to the sheet.
  4. Quickly top the pizza with the sauce first. Spread until in one very thin, even layer.
  5. Make one layer of toppings. Add half the cheese. Pour eggs over the toppings. Pour slowly, and be sure to evenly distribute the egg as best you can.
  6. Make one more layer of toppings and then add the remaining cheese. Season with a little bit of salt, pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes.
  7. Bake for 12 minutes. Let the pizza cool on the baking sheet for 3 minutes before slicing.
  8. Top with more crushed red pepper flakes if you like along with grated parmesan.
  9. Keeps well wrapped in foil in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
