1TablespoonRoasted Garlic Hummus/Roasted Red Pepper Hummus
1Leaf of Romaine Lettuce
1Carrotpeeled and shredded
2Radishes cut into matchsticks
4Slicesof Cucumber
2Slicesof Tomato
½Avocadosliced
A Large Pinch of Broccoli Microgreens/ Sprouts
1TeaspoonLemon Juice
Pinchof Salt and Pepper
Instructions
Spread the hummus on each slice of bread.
Layer the lettuce, carrot, radishes, tomatoes, cucumbers, avocado, and then microgreens. Before covering with the other slice, sprinkle with lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.
