Ingredients
2Ripe Avocadospitted, skin removed, and diced
2Persian Cucumbersseeds scraped out with a spoon and diced
Juice from 1/2 a Lime
1TeaspoonZhoug Sauce
Saltto taste
Freshly Cracked Black Pepperto taste

NOTE: The recipe for homemade zhoug aka spicy cilantro sauce is HERE, but if you live near a Trader Joe's, they sell a really great pre-made one there if you want to skip the work.
Add the avocado to a medium mixing bowl. Mix with lime juice and salt and pepper until some of the avocado cubes get a bit mashed.
Add in the zhoug and cucumber. Mix to combine and evenly coat.
Serve with chips or on top of your favorite fish tacos!
