	Light and Easy Tzatziki Sauce
		
		Easy and light summer tzatziki sauce made from fresh cucumbers, yogurt, dill, and lots of lemon.

															Cups
										0% Fat Plain siggi's yogurt
									
 
								- 
															Juice and Zest from 1 Lemon
									
 
								-

															Persian Cucumber
										diced
									
 
								-

															Tablespoons
										Finely Diced Red Onion
									
 
								-

															Clove
										Garlic Grated
									
 
								- 
										1
															Teaspoon
										White Vinegar
									
 
								-

															Tablespoon
										Extra Virgin Olive Oil
									
 
								-

															Tablespoon
										Fresh Chopped Dill

															Salt and freshly Cracked Black Pepper to taste

Combine all the ingredients in a small mixing bowl. mix to completely combine. Season with salt and black pepper. Add more salt and pepper if needed.
