Easy, one pan, fifteen minute meal of sweet and spicy balsamic coated peppers, onions, and chicken sausage.

Ingredients
2TablespoonsExtra Virgin Olive Oil
5Fully Cooked Chicken Sausageany flavor
2Red Bell Peppersseeded and cut into thin strips
1/3Yellow Onionsliced
Salt
Freshly Ground Black Pepper
1/2TeaspoonDried Oregano
1TeaspoonBalsamic Vinegar
Instructions
Add olive oil to a medium/large skillet. Heat over a medium flame for a minute.
Add peppers and onions. Toss to coat in oil. cook for five minutes.
Add the sausage to the pan. Season with salt, pepper, and oregano. Toss to coat and make sure everything is well spread out throughout the pan. Cover with lid and cook for 5 minutes. Remove lid and flip sausages, toss peppers and onions, and add in balsamic vinegar. Toss to make sure everything is evenly coated. Cook for 5 more minutes.
Remove from heat and let cool for a few minutes, and then serve.
