Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Line a 9x13-inch baking sheet with tin foil.

Combine the spices in a large mixing bowl. Add the meat to the bowl. Use tongs to toss until evenly coated.

Place the thawed veggies on the foil lined sheet, top with the steak.

Bake the steak in the oven for 20 minutes.
