Apple Butter BBQ Pork Chops

Heat olive oil over medium/high heat in a large skillet.

Season pork chops with salt and pepper. Add pork chops to the hot oil. Sear for 4 minutes on first side then flip.

In a small mixing bowl, combine vinegar, bbq sauce, and apple butter. Mix to evenly combine.

Cover chops with the sauce mixture, add in the thyme, and cover skillet with a lid.

Reduce heat to low and cook the chops for 60-75 minutes until fall off the bone tender. Remove lid and cook on medium until the sauce reduces.
