Ingredients
My Best Yeast Pizza Dough
1/2PoundLean Ground Beef
1/4CupDiced Yellow Onion
2TeaspoonsWorcestershire Sauce
1/4TeaspoonGarlic Powder
Salt and Pepper
1/2CupKetchup
2TablespoonsMayonnaise
1TeaspoonYellow Mustard
6SlicesCooked Crispy Baconchopped
2CupsFreshly Grated Sharp Cheddar
Diced Dill Pickles
Crunched Potato Chips
Instructions
Make the dough ahead of time according to the instructions here.
Preheat the oven to 500 degrees F with a pizza pan in the oven.
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, brown the ground beef. Once the meat is about halfway cooked through, add in the onions, salt, pepper, and worcestershire. Cook until deeply browned.
Combine the ketchup, mayo, and mustard in a small mixing bowl.
Roll the dough out until it makes 1, 12 inch circle. Cover the dough with 1/2 the sauce mixture then bake for 5 minutes.
Remove and cover with remaining sauce and 1/2 the cheese. On top of the cheese place most of the beef and bacon. Cover that with more cheese and then top off with remaining beef and bacon. Bake pizza for 5-7 minutes until golden and melty.
Let cool for 5 minutes before cutting. Top with diced pickles and crushed potato chips if you want.
