It’s the Linkin’ Weekend

October 26, 2013
  1. I hate Halloween. I especially hate haunted houses. This guy is me going through a haunted house. You will be crying from laughing so hard.
  2. Speaking of Halloween, costumes are another thing I hate about Halloween. Can you believe this is a real costume?
  3. Something I do not hate is ice cream. I love ice cream recipes that don’t require an ice cream maker.
  4. Oh! And I kind of like Halloween candy! If you want to end up with a lot of leftovers from trick-or-treaters, buy these candies.
  5. Soup season is here and I could not be more excited! Soup with butternut squash, soup with dumplings, and soup with sweet potato for everybody!
  6. Blogging friends or people interested in starting a blog, here is a great new blog I am pretty excited about that’s full of helpful info.
  7. You have to take TIME’s state mood quiz. I belong in Oregon. Super excited about that. Me, the outdoors, pinot noir vineyards, and birds on everything!
  8. 5 things women and men should start doing again. I’d be down for some day drinking in fancy clothes (once I birth this baby, of course).
  9. Once the baby does get here, I hope I have as much free time as this creative mama.
  10. Since, I doubt I will, I am getting in all my reading for pleasure over the next month and a half. Joy has a good list of books and cookbooks to check out and Kristen always has great recommendations!
  11. Tell us, Mr. Morgan Freeman, what does the fox say?
  12. Lastly, in preparation for no shave November or Movember, here is my hero, Ron Swanson (aka Nick Offerman) talking mustaches.

Thanks for reading! Weezer hopes you have a good weekend.

I always feel bad for Amy because Ellen always made her go to the haunted houses by herself. This was much funnier with Andy there! Haha. That was pretty funny. Also, I would pee myself. Not in a good way.

Pug head tilt! I need to learn how to gif Sir Pugsley. Oh the things I could do. 🙂 So I got South Carolina as my state. I think that’s a sign that I travel there too often for work, as it is I’m spending a week there next week. Talk to me again after then. 🙂

I agree with you about Halloween. I used to love it as a kid, but now that I’m older, I find that I’m not nearly as big of a fan. I guess it’s always more fun when you have kids.

Thank you for putting my soup on there! I’m kind of the same way about Halloween…we are going out tonight and I’m sure we will be the only ones not dressed up. I took that mood quiz and I got Georgia…I was quite confused, though I do love Savannah!

Seriously! I think pizza is sexy enough without making it into a slutty costume.

My sister found a link to one that’s “only” $80. I’d wear (a homemade!) sexy pizza costume ironically …
