Honey Mustard sheet pan kielbasa, broccoli, and sweet potatoes is an entire meal on one pan. Lemon, honey, and Dijon mustard combine to add bright and warm fall flavors to the kielbasa, broccoli, and sweet potato.
I know you are most likely getting bombarded with all the turkey and side dish recipes for Thanksgiving right now.
That is why I will give you a break.
You still have to cook dinner after all.
I love a good charred kielbasa, Polish saaaahhhh-sage.
The more charred the edges of the sausage get, the better it tastes.
I think the same goes for broccoli and sweet potatoes.
It was only natural to combine all three into a sheet pan supper.
Who doesn’t love a one pot or one pan meal?
It doesn’t get much easier.
The recipe is brought together with an unlikely trio:
- Lemon Juice
- Dijon Mustard
- Honey
The three are mixed together with extra-virgin olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Toss the broccoli, sweet potatoes, and cut kielbasa with the marinade.
Roast in the oven until charred.
Be sure to flip halfway through to evenly cook everything.
I like to serve honey mustard sheet pan kielbasa, broccoli, and sweet potatoes over some brown rice, couscous, or cilantro lime quinoa.
Kielbasa is a wonderful sausage that is already so full of garlic and spices that it doesn’t need a lot of dressing up.
This is a simple sheet pan meal and is perfect with a slew of other veggies:
- Cauliflower
- Brussels Sprouts
- Baby Potatoes
- Butternut Squash
Give this recipe a try and let me know what you sub in or what you serve as a side.
