Summertime is a bit different this year. Instead of having large backyard BBQ’s, we are sticking with groups under 10.
Groceries and ingredients are still sort of tricky to find for some people. I find myself sticking to basic beer brats or a simple grilled chicken breast.
I would be happy with a good grilled veggie on the side. Call that a meal for me!
Grilled skewers of any kind are a great meal on a stick too.
